CDS Spider-Net offers you home phone service (VOIP). If you choose our home phone service, you have the option to keep the phone number from the old home phone service carrier, or to choose e new telephone number. Our numbers range from 034/550-100 to 034/550-499.

To be able to sign a contract you need to fill out a request in our store and bring the following documents:

For residential users:

• Identification documents (presented for review).
• Last bill for water, heating, electricity, mobile, fixed phone to another operator (the address where the device will be installed and where the bill arrives).
• Number portability request (if you want to port your number from another fixed telephony operator).
• For foreign citizens a passport and residence permit in the RM. (If you do not have a residence permit, may enter into a contract with an advance payment of the total value of the contract and payment of an advance as a guarantee for the equipment).

For business users:

• Current state of the Central Register (not older than 1 month) - (copy).
• ZP from the Central Registry form - (copy).
• A foreign legal entity (before signing the contract is necessary to submit a bank guarantee, deposit or pay advance invoice for the entire contract, with an advance as a guarantee for the equipment).
• The agreement is signed by manager of the legal entity specified in the current state or a person authorized by a Power of Attorney certified by a notary.

Helpdesk Center:

As our customer you get a username at our help desk center, where you can report a problem or a need or aks questions and get consultation. You also get web access to monitoring servers for detailed reports and you can activate or deactivate various services.
